Following the success of the first Cadogan Charity Concert in 2015, our client from Prestigic Holdings, Adrian Goldsmith commissioned net72 to design a website to increase the stature of the event before the second event in May 2018.

The charity for the 2018 event was the Urology Foundation. The money raised went directly into the research and towards the long-awaited goal of just taking a pill to stop a cancer.

The website used imagery and video footage from the 2015 event to give interested parties a flavour of what they may expect from the charity evening – and was used as the main marketing tool for selling tickets.

Net72 were also involved in setting up their social media channels, with Facebook being the most effective channel to increase followers.

Our newly designed online Golf Shop allows Members of our golfing society website clients to purchase branded society merchandise directly from their preferred supplier. For example, our Hazards Golfing Society client have a direct relationship with Walton Heath Golf Club in Surrey.

When they place the order on the website, the order and funds go directly to the professional at Walton Heath. They then deal directly with the client so that the Honorary Secretary has no involvement at all.

Gone are the days of one member of the society holding stock at their home. There is no need for the society to tie up plenty of their cash in merchandise either. In the example of Walton Heath, members place their order, and each order is ‘made to order’.

Members are able to choose how they receive their order:

  • Shipped directly to them (£5 charge added before checkout)
  • Pick up directly from Walton Heath Golf Club (no delivery charge)

Members will be able to make payment with Debit and Credit Card – including American Express.

When the order is placed, members can expect to receive it within 3 weeks.

Incentive FM Group, our biggest client, commissioned us to create them a new staff portal. Firstly, we designed a new logo, then created a one stop shop for their Incentive staff to view all the latest information & documentation from across the Group.

The aim of the publication was to reduce the volume of internal emails from the various areas of the business, to instead have one secure area where all information can be safely accessed.

We have incorporated the Incentive Connect portal into the private Incentive social networking site ‘My-Incentive’. This is so that only staff with a login can view the content.

We are carefully monitoring who has viewed the publication, through the use of our SendPress module that allows contacts with the right permissions to view who has actually clicked/opened the email. This also allows us to calculate bounce backs.

Users are required to confirm that they have read and understood all of the information in the publication. Users must submit their details through a form at the bottom of the page – making analysis extremely easy and accurate.

Supporting LBR

net72 have a long association with London Beach Rugby – an event where the organisers drop 5 tonnes of sand into an iconic London venue. London Beach Rugby have held the event in Covent Garden, Canary Wharf, Finsbury Square and by Tower Bridge. The competition is typically split over 2 days – with corporate teams on the first day, then club and invitational on the second.

We have worked with London Beach Rugby from the very beginning. We worked with their team to create their brand, we designed their stationary, we developed the website and also match day programmes.

Teams needed the ability to sign up to the events online – so LBR utilized our Formcraft booking plugin to facilitate this. After the event, we administer the website for them, adding photo galleries and video footage from the event.

We approached Lloret Control Systems when we spotted that their website was pretty awful! The website had poor design, was not responsive, lacked photography and had very little content.

After being instructed, we worked with their team to understand their operations, aspirations, their brand and what features they wanted to include. After early conversations, it was clear that Lloret had an incredibly impressive client base, that they simply were not telling anyone about. Their clients included; The Olympic Park, Heathrow T5, BBC Broadcasting House, PWC 1 Embankment Place, Hayes Galleria and more…

The new website shows these different brands off, their service offerings, latest news and case studies. This website certainly more accurately portrays this very successful company.

Lloyd’s Golf Club was our first ever net72 contract in 2008. Over the years, we have refreshed the site a number of times. Lloyd’s Golf Club utilize our full website functionality, including the members area, that houses the members directory, match management module, online payment system, as well as the new online club shop.

With a membership of over 500 people from the Lloyd’s London Insurance market, in the secure password protected section, they can access the members directory so that they can get in touch with other members of the club.

Lloyd’s Golf Club have a very extensive fixtures calendar, with 34 events throughout the year, members can make themselves available for match selection through the website, sign up and pay for the Spring, Summer and Autumn Meetings, as well as buy a table at the annual dinner at Merchant Taylors’ Hall.

A recent addition to the Lloyd’s Golf Club offering is the online shop. LGC Member’s can now order their LGC branded Glenmuir merchandise online – and this ‘stash’ is administered by Simon Peaford at the Walton Heath Golf Club Professional’s shop. LGC members can either have their order delivered directly to them, or pick it up next time they are at Walton Heath.
