We have now incorporated an area on our Match bookings page for all of our golfing society clients that allows them to view which other Members have signed up or expressed an interest in a particular event.

This information is displayed in a list, only accessible by logged in Members. The list automatically updates whenever a booking is made – making it extremely easy for Match managers and attending Members alike to keep an eye on the numbers…and of course the competition!

This goes hand in hand with our current golfing society offering, which focuses on taking the heavy administration  away from the Honorary Secretary and negates the need for endless spreadsheets, entry forms etc.

The Ops Manual features all kinds of documentation including: Policies, Reports, Certificates, User guides, procedures and much much more, these documents are simply downloaded to your PC through clicking the ‘Download’ button and will appear in Excel, Word & PDF  format – whichever is best suited.

 

A lot of work has gone into reviewing each document within every section of the manual. Ensuring each document is as relevant, and up to date as it can be for the benefit of the user.

 

Incentive employee’s can access the new Manual and take a look at whats new via the staff portal – simply use your personal login details.

 

We’ve had some really positive feedback about  this new system, and how it is streamlining certain processes. As we’ve introduced easily adaptable templates, meaning all documents across the group are up to the correct standards, capturing the right data and above all saves time of user. Net72 have developed a fantastic new website for existing client and financial services headhunters Riverhouse Partners. A personal favourite of ours with high resolution images and gripping content that is ideal for mobile browsing.

 

Exciting new editions have been added to this site, including a portfolio style case study section featuring plenty of interesting real life articles about past Riverhouse activities, that truly gives you a feel of what the business is really about. The case studies are categorised by the practice area they relate too, and use the same portfolio image depending on the area. These seven separate practice areas such as ‘Investment Management’ can be navigated through the right hand menu.

 

There were fantastic images of the whole team provided to us that enabled us to create a stylish team page. Clicking into a certain team member reveals their profile that includes; their job role, biography, relevant practice areas, contact email and a link to their LinkedIn profile.

We have designed a wonderful ‘Charity Ball’ website for the client in order to promote their regular FM industry balls which are in aid of chosen charities: Cash for Kids & Scotty’s Little Soldiers who receive all the proceeds of this magical event.

 

The website offers all the possible information regarding the event from: organiser details, the venue, timings, past years photo galleries. The website  even facilitates table booking with tickets/tables  still available for the Incentive FM northern region ball from £60 a head and can be booked at the charity ball website.

The Lloret Group Ltd website has finally been launched and i’m sure Lloret Control Systems LTD are thrilled with the results.

This website covers all of Lloret’s services from Maintenance to Energy.

With so many high quality images of Lloret client buildings which are extremely eye catching; we tried to not take anything away from this so kept the site nice and subtle. Only using relevant and engaging content, mainly in the case studies section of the website.

A news section was important to the client, to highlight all the milestones within the groups history. For this we developed a smart timeline style news section of the website, laid out in chronological order with a relevant topic image. This page so simple for users to navigate (seen above).

Long term client City Sports Management instructed us to revamp their website for their  London Beach Rugby event at Finsbury Square last year due to new partners, charities and suppliers, so wanted to give them maximum exposure. It was also a good opportunity to showcase their promotional videos.

A similar ‘revisit’ to the site has been carried out this year, just to refresh the content to ensure the website is referring to the 2017 London Beach Rugby tournament which will be held at the famous Guildhall – City of London.
