Net72 was established in Summer 2008. The co-founders saw that there was a gap in the market for a web based product that solved the problems which many golf clubs are faced with when wanting to achieve better communication with its members and external customers.

Research has shown that for golf club members, their primary needs are; being able to see the upcoming events and competitions, being able to arrange and book matches, to find out how they fared in competitions, to check their up-to-date handicap as well as keeping up with the latest news at the club. The website can essentially act as an online noticeboard.

It then quickly became apparent that this product could be adapted and used in markets other than golf. Net72 also specialise in creating intelligent websites for Old Boys and Girls Societies, Sports Clubs and Associations as well as Commercial organisations of various types.
